They spent most of their time exploring the winding tunnels of their planet, scavenging for parts and creating makeshift gadgets that impressed even the elders of their community.

Their opportunity came when a malfunctioning spacecraft crash-landed near their home. Scuttles single-handedly repaired the ship, impressing its crew—members of the Solar Flair Space Team—who immediately recognized their talent.
